| Description: |
A person who organizes a Recreational Vehicle (RV) show shall apply to the Department of Transportation at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the show for a show license for each RV dealer participating in the show. "Show" means a site where RVs are temporarily displayed and offered for sale. It does not include a site that is used to display RVs for more than 10 days or that is a place of business listed on a supplemental certificate issued under ORS 822.040. |
