| Description: |
For charitable and fraternal organizations wishing to conduct raffles in Oregon.
"Class A" raffle license shall authorize a licensee to conduct raffle games throughout the license year, without restriction as to raffle handle.
"Class B" raffle license shall authorize a licensee to conduct raffle games throughout the license year with the handle for each such game not to exceed $10,000.
