| Description: |
Used for purposes of identification of forest products which must be impressed with a registered log brand when being transported on public highways, waterways, or railroads of Oregon.
"Brand" means an identifying mark upon forest products.
"Forest Products" means any form, including, but not limited to, logs, poles, and piles into which a fallen tree may be cut before it undergoes manufacturing, but not including peeler cores.
